New York, New York. August 11, 2021 - GenNx360 Capital Partners (“GenNx360”) is pleased to announce its portfolio company, Precision Aviation Group, Inc. (“PAG”), has acquired Trace Aviation Group (“TAG”) of Jackson, Mississippi. This transaction represents an aggressive expansion strategy for PAG; the fifth acquisition since GenNx360 took a controlling interest in PAG in 2018. Trace is widely recognized for its MRO capabilities on King Air/1900 landing gear assemblies.
