GenNx360 Capital Partners Announces Miller Environmental Group’s Acquisition of Monarch Environmental Services, Inc.

New York, New York. November 30, 2020 - GenNx360 Capital Partners (“GenNx360”), a New York-based private equity firm, is pleased to announce that its portfolio company, Miller Environmental Group Inc. (“MEG”), a leading provider of environmental and emergency response services in the Eastern United States, announced that it has acquired Monarch Environmental Services, Inc (“Monarch”). Monarch is Miller Environmental Group’s second acquisition since GenNx360’s investment in the platform in March 2019.
Headquartered in Mannington, New Jersey, Monarch is a leader in waste and disposal services and has been serving clients along the East Coast since 1989. Monarch provides environmental response, remediation, transportation and recycling services at its two Treatment Storage and Disposal Facilities (TSDF) located in Woodstown, New Jersey and Tampa, Florida.
The combined company will have a footprint of 28 locations across the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic, and Southeast regions in addition to the ability to respond to emergencies on a national basis through its managed network of third-party emergency response vendors.
