New York, New York. December 9, 2021 – GenNx360 Capital Partners (“GenNx360”) is pleased to announce its portfolio company, B2B Industrial Packaging (“B2B”), has acquired Western Packaging Inc. (“Western”) in Albany, Oregon. Western Packaging is B2B Industrial Packaging’s seventh acquisition since GenNx360’s investment in B2B in October 2020.
Western is committed to providing high-quality industrial packaging that includes FIBC bulk livestock feed bags, BOPP bags, woven poly bags, hay sleeves, stretch film and strapping. Their outstanding team of packaging professionals includes experienced service technicians that will further expand B2B’s support network throughout the U.S.
