GenNx360 Capital Partners Announces B2B Industrial Packaging’s Acquisition of Tri Pro Graphics and Packaging

November 2, 2022 – GenNx360 Capital Partners (“GenNx360”) is pleased to announce its portfolio company, B2B Industrial Packaging (“B2B”), has acquired Tri Pro Graphics and Packaging (“Tri Pro”) in St. Louis, Missouri. Tri Pro is B2B Industrial Packaging’s eleventh acquisition since GenNx360’s investment in the platform in October 2020.
Founded in 1996, Tri Pro Graphics and Packaging specializes in the sale and distribution of packaging materials, packaging equipment, and printing solutions with a focus on corrugated boxes, stretch film, and foam. The company’s objective is to ensure that products and materials are protected and that right-sized packaging optimizes material usage and minimizes waste.
