Additional Investment in syncreon Announced by GenNx360 Capital Partners

GenNx360 Capital Partners, L.P., a middle market, operationally-focused private equity firm, announced today that it increased its investment in and ownership of syncreon, a global asset-light logistics and supply chain solutions portfolio company. This marks GenNx360's third increase in its investment in syncreon since its original investment in February, 2009.

This latest investment in syncreon gives GenNx360 majority control of the company. To complete this investment, capital was provided from both its fund and affiliates of GenNx360.
