Chris Allen Joins GenNx360 Capital Partners as Vice President

GenNx360 Capital Partners, a private equity firm focused on industrial business-to-business companies with $250 million to $1 billion in revenues, announced today that Chris Allen has joined the firm as vice president.

Mr. Allen is responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and executing new investment opportunities for the firm. Previously, Mr. Allen was vice president at Windjammer Capital Investors, a private equity firm focusing on middle market companies in the manufacturing, distribution, industrial and business services industries.

Prior to joining Windjammer, Chris worked in the Strategic Business Development Group at The Home Depot where he evaluated acquisition opportunities and other strategic growth initiatives. Preceding Home Depot, Chris was a senior associate consultant at Bain and Company where he advised clients in the business services, transportation and consumer products industries. He also has experience working as a summer associate at Goldman, Sachs and Co.

Mr. Allen received B.S. degrees from both Morehouse College and the Georgia Institute of Technology where he majored in mathematics and electrical engineering, respectively, and holds an MBA from Harvard Business School. In addition, he has been active in a number of non-profit and community organizations including the Real Men Read mentoring program at Roxbury Preparatory Charter School and Management Leadership for Tomorrow (MLT).
